I always suggest to women who use tampons, to switch to the Sacred Yoni Sea Sponge. And the biggest reason I suggest this, is because it’s organically safer to use than tampons. If you were to look at the manufactured products used for self care during a woman’s cycle. You’d end up with a box filled with man-made cotton tampons, that has been bleached and saturated with perfumed chemicals to give a sweet smell. And even though the sweet smell that escapes that tampon, does have a lovely fragrant. That beautifully smelling tampon can cause irritation and inflammation to your vagina. 

And theses cotton products has been proven to leave fibers embedded deep inside of a woman’s vaginal tissue. With the use of the sacred Yoni Sea Sponge, there aren’t any dies, toxins, or bleached chemicals to worry about.

And typically, there are two Sacred Yoni Jade Sea Sponges that comes in a set when purchased. So either you would get a medium and small, or large and medium. And I love the idea of packaging two different sizes together, so that you’ll have one for different flows.  For example, you’ll have the larger size for your more heavier cycle, and then you’re able to switch to the smaller size, towards the end of your cycle. So of course, this would cover your much lighter flow. Now, if your flow is much heavier then a larger sponge can handle, then putting two together would work just fine.

The idea is going organic. Especially when it comes to what you’re putting inside of you. I remember when I did my research, I had already knew that I shouldn’t be inserting anything inside of me, that was dipped in chemicals to add fragrance. But I wasn’t aware of the fibers that can get lodged within our vaginal walls. That was enough to get my attention. And I’m happy to have chosen this more organic and environmentally safe method. And the other great thing about using Jade Sea Sponges, is that they are reusable! How fantastic is that?

So just think about the money you’d be saving if you decided to switch to a product that’s more safe to use inside of your sacred space.You can also keep it inside of you for 4 to 5 hours before it’s time to change it.
